Why No Diving?

While at Sea World SA this past weekend, my wife and I noticed several observations: 1) when some people are on vacation (and maybe when they are not) in there mind no one else exists, and 2) when it's hot and they've been standing all day ... they don't care. These peoples are called Oblivions and I have took it upon myself to diagnose them as being in the shallow end of the gene pool, and it would be best if there was no diving.
